Life and death go hand in hand.

Without either, evolution, as we know it, would not have happened and we would not be here. Our grandchildren are part of that process. So having prepared for dying we must also prepare for living the rest of our lives in as happy and fulfilling way as we can, be the time short or long.

Having confronted and being prepared for dying, it does not mean we must welcome it. Life is precious so have as much of it as you can! Extend your life by healthy living: eat well, take regular exercise, enjoy the company of others, take alcohol moderately, stimulate and use your brain and memory by reading, doing puzzles and learning something new. Even if you are disabled you will still be able to do many of these things.
